Delivery & Returns

Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receipt, but to avoid disappointment please allow two weeks for delivery.
  • Current charges for delivery are:
    UK, Northern Island and Channel Islands £3.95
    Eire and rest of Europe £10.00
    Rest of the World £15.00
  • Customers ordering more than one product will only be charged one delivery fee per address unless you choose to have your orders sent at different times or to different addresses.

Exchanges and Returns

  • We are sure that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund any item within 14 days of dispatch, providing it is returned unused and in its original condition.
  • We do not refund the cost of returns postage except where the return is a result of our error.
  • Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the post.

Stock Availability

  • Occasionally an item on order may be out of stock. We will notify you immediately via e-mail or telephone and advise you of the expected dispatch date. You may choose to amend or cancel your order and we will make a full refund as necessary.
